I am not one who is comfortable having the spotlight to myself, but since I’m interested in joining this Weekend Blog Follower Caravan, I guess I do have to introduce myself
The first thing I often get asked when people meet me for the first time is, “Pepper? Why Pepper?” My parents gave me that nickname because my dad used to love to put pepper in everything he ate…even ice cream! So, Pepper isn’t just a dog’s name after all…
I am a single mom to Lexie, a precocious five-year old. Everyday, she never ceases to amaze me with the things she learns in and out of the classroom. I’m just a proud mom at the end of the day.
I find delight in the smallest of things…a text message from an old friend, a simple “Good job!” from my boss, or when I find the perfect parking spot.
A newbie in need is a newbie indeed. Yes, that’s me. A fetus in blogosphere. I started blogging only a month ago, and I must say, I am enjoying every bit of it. It relaxes me after a tiring day at work. I don’t have any other blogs, by the way . I was fortunate enough to have been introduced to Mye de Leon, whom I fondly call “Mye Mentor”. She has opened doors of opportunity for me, and has taken me on this new and exciting adventure called blogging.
I look forward to greater things…both in life and in blogging. It’s incredible how nice, warm and accommodating other mommy bloggers are. I guess, this is one of the reasons I’m here…and loving it.
