Psychic Readings: The Way to a Harmonious Home

Back in high school, I remember making it a morning habit to quickly jump to the entertainment section of the daily newspaper and skim through my daily horoscope.  I wasn’t one to really “live by the horoscope”.  It was all for entertainment value.

I have to admit though, that over the years, I have grown an interest in the field of psychics, fortune tellers, and the like.  My college boyfriend probably is to blame for this piqued curiosity.  Whenever we’d grow tired of going to the movies, we’d see a fortune teller and have our fortunes told- just for fun.

Now that I’m a mom, I learned that psychic readings can help iron out problems at the home front.  Short of appearing on the Dr. Phil show to hash out your domestic disputes, you can dig deep into your family problems and bring some positive energy back into your home with the help of an expert- not psycho- psychic.

What happens is the psychic interprets patterns in yours and your family members’ lives.  This can be done using tarot cards or talking to the psychic about past experiences.  A skilled psychic will be able to accurately analyze the meaning behind tarot cards which the family member has chosen.  You will then be more able to understand why your spouse or children act a certain way, and devise plans of action which work towards a more peaceful relationship with them.

When communication lines have broken down in the family, getting a psychic reading from a trustworthy psychic could be a worthwhile alternate road to take.

  1. What an interesting take that would be, on family life! I really believe there are some real psychics out there – and I find it so interesting. I would love to do that, but I don’t think hubby would go for it! Wonder what the psychic would say about that ;)

    • Yup, men aren’t so into it as much as women are, I think :). Maybe your hubby would rather be on the Dr. Phil show? :)

  2. I remembered reading only the Horoscope section of the newspaper, for entertainemnt only of course. But lately I’ve been reading Zodiac Signs and it’s 80% accurate when it comes to our personality.

Parang I like that Physicic reading too, if it helps you undersatnd your love ones diba? But where can we find the real one? I don’t want to be scammed.

    • I guess it is quite hard to find credible psychics, because it’s so easy to put on a front. Even I could pose as one ;). There are institutions of reputable psychics out there, I presume. We should just know where to look :)

  3. I used to enjoy card reading a lot at school and at uni, and of course we’d do it again and again until we got dealt the cards we wanted. Too bad it doesn’t work like that in real life!

Some Psychics actually Know what they are talking
About and that always Freaks me Out. I don’t know If I would go see a psychic …

  5. I think some psychics are authentic and truthful. I think many take leads from what is given. I like reading astrology and numbers. I think there’s a sense of truth in it all.

  6. I have never had a psychic reading, and I think it would be interesting. How much are they these days? It’s not a bad way to address problems, because it’s pretty harmless. They ought to be breaking out in the family healing business!;)

  7. This is so interesting! I have never thought to use a psychic to be helpful like this!

  8. I gave up reading my horoscope about 10 yrs ago for lent…crazy how hard it was to break that habit!!! now I tell myself it will be a five star day every morning and it becomes a self fulfilling prophecy.

    • I think I should start doing that too: telling myself that the day is going to be great. Positivity attracts positivity, doesn’t it? :)

I believe that we don’t solely control our lives. So I sorta believe in fortune telling :p I mean as long as I don’t let it control my life fully right but to basically serve as a guide.

I had my palm read just last week (for the first time ever) and it was fjaklfja; because she read my behaviors and attitudes with so much accuracy. :o

    • Oh, I want to have my palm read too :). I don’t think it’s going to contradict with any of my religious beliefs, so that should be fine. I’m your new blog follower, by the way :)

Aww thank you pepper! Am following you too :-) Luckily I’ve a friend who palm reads so I just got it for free hihi! Btw so you’re a mommyy already! Wow and you still remember your Katip days. I have a habit of forgetting that moms had their teen days too =)) cause like my mom’s too much of a mom that’s why. if you get what i mean :p

        • LOL. Your mom needs a little “un-momming” then. It’s always good to look back. It’s refreshing, and erases fine lines on the face.

  11. Nice– I have always found psychics to be interesting and yes, sometimes helpful… the non-fraudulent kinds. :)
